The Black On Black Project is teaming up with Anchorlight in Raleigh to host a screening "13th," a documentary by filmmaker Ava DuVernay that explores the history of racial inequality in the United States, focusing on the fact that the nation's prisons are disproportionately filled with African-Americans.
